Client Service Partners
CPA, CA, TEP
Curtis Link has worked with successful private enterprises for over 25 years and has been a Client Service Partner with S+C Partners since 2000. Curtis assists various high-net-worth families and private business owners deal with all financial aspects of their business, tax, wealth and estate planning needs.
Prior to joining S+C, Curtis served positions with Marsh McLennan Insurance and as Assistant Vice-President of the Bank of Bermuda Corporate Trust.
Curtis received his CA designation in 1994 and completed the In-depth Tax Course through CPA Canada in 2000. He has an Honours Bachelor of Business Administration from Brock University.
Curtis is also a fully qualified and experienced Trust and Estate Practitioner and has been a Member of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners (STEP) since 2002.
Greg Koniecek has been a Client Service Partner since 2007 and leads our Information Technology practice.
Greg has in-depth knowledge of ERP systems, e-commerce, business intelligence applications and other advanced IT solutions. He works with private businesses across a range of sectors—including distribution, manufacturing, construction and service—to help them manage growth and increase profitability through technology.
Greg attended Gdansk University of Technology in Poland and earned a Master of Science in Information Technology (with distinction) from the University of Liverpool.

Greg Rawn has been with S+C Partners since 1997 and became a Client Service Partner in 2009. A Chartered Business Valuator since 2002, Greg leads our business valuation practice.
His client base includes businesses in the construction, manufacturing, wholesale distribution, leasing, franchise restaurant and professional practice industries.
Greg has a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Toronto and has been a member of CPA Canada since 1997 and a member of the Canadian Institute of Chartered Business Valuators since 2001.
CPA, CA, TEP, CPA (Illinois)
Jason O’Halloran has been with S+C Partners since 1991 and a Client Service Partner since 2000. His client base includes businesses in the financial, legal, insurance, manufacturing, warehousing, architecture, construction, real estate and entertainment industries.
Jason was instrumental in developing our US tax practice. His specialties include cross-border corporate tax planning, immigration and emigration planning, and taxation and financial planning for US citizens.
Jason has a Bachelor of Accounting from Brock University and has been a member of CPA Canada since 1991 and a member of the Illinois CPA Society since 2004. He is also fully qualified and experienced Trust and Estate Practitioner.
Kalin McDonald has been with S+C Partners since 1996 and was promoted to Client Service Partner in 2000. Kalin was elected Managing Partner in 2013.
Kalin’s client base includes businesses in the manufacturing, distribution, industrial services, leasing, medical and professional practice industries. His specialties include owner-manager tax planning, assurance & accounting and strategic planning.
Kalin is a two-time graduate of the University of Waterloo where he received his Master of Accounting and Bachelor of Arts degrees. Kalin obtained his Chartered Accountant designation with BDO in 1996. He has also completed CPA Canada’s In-Depth Tax Course.
Michael Rayner has been with S+C Partners since 2005 and became a Client Service Partner in 2017.
Michael provides professional assurance, accounting and tax services to small and medium sized enterprises within a number of industries including manufacturing and processing, leasing, wholesale distribution, service and professional practice.
A Member of CPA Ontario and CPA Canada since 2005; Michael received an Honours BA in Mathematics with Finance and Accounting Option from Wilfrid Laurier University in 2004.

Paul Keul has been a Client Service Partner since 2011 and leads our Tax practice, providing creative Canadian and US tax solutions for our clients.
Prior to joining S+C Partners in 2008, Paul spent 14 years with Deloitte where he was an Associate Partner – Tax from 2004 to 2008. Paul also tutored the CPA Canada Advanced Tax Issues for the Owner-Managed Business course from 2005 to 2008.
Paul received his CA designation in 1992 and completed the In-Depth Tax Course through CPA Canada in 1997. He has a Bachelor of Business Administration from Brock University and received the Vice Chancellor’s medal for highest academic achievement in his graduating class.
Paul is also a fully qualified and experienced Trust and Estate Practitioner and has been a Member of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners (STEP) since 2010.
MAcc, CPA, CA
Simon Sham joined S+C Partners as an Associate Partner in 2019. An experienced tax professional, Simon provides comprehensive Canadian tax services to a range of corporate, partnership, personal, and trust and estate clients.
Simon was previously employed as a Senior Tax Manager at both Deloitte and KPMG, specializing in the technology and real estate sectors.
Simon has a BMath, Mathematics/Chartered Professional Accountancy and a Master of Accounting from the University of Waterloo. He received his CA designation in 2004 and completed the CPA Canada In-Depth Tax Course in 2006.
Amanda Parker has been an Associate Partner since January 2020 and a valuable member of the S+C Partners team since joining us as a co-op student in 2001.
Amanda manages audit and assurance engagements for a broad client base that includes many successful small businesses and professional corporations. Amanda is also an excise tax specialist and has extensive experience across numerous industries, including construction and agriculture.
A Chartered Accountant since 2005, Amanda has a Bachelor of Accounting from Brock University and completed the In-depth GST/HST Course through CPA Canada in 2017.
Annick Ouellet has been a member of the S+C Partners team since 1999 and an Associate Partner since 2016.
Annick provides professional Canadian tax services to corporate, personal and trust & estate clients.
A Chartered Accountant since 2003; Annick has a Bachelor of Business Administration, Accounting Major, from the University of Quebec and completed the In-Depth Tax Course through CPA Canada.
Jay Yang has been an Associate Partner since January 2022 and a valuable member of the S+C Partners team since joining us as a co-op student in 2011.
Jay’s assurance client base includes many successful businesses in the manufacturing, distribution and hospitality sectors. In addition to his accounting expertise, Jay also provides advisory services to high-net-worth private business owners, particularly those in the professional services, entertainment and engineering sectors.
A Chartered Accountant since 2016; Jay has a Master of Accounting and a Bachelor of Mathematics from the University of Waterloo.
An Associate Partner since January 2020, Shaun Wilson has been a member of the S+C Partners team since joining us as a co-op student in 2005.
Shaun specializes in managing audit and assurance engagements for private businesses, not-for-profit organizations and pension plans, and has extensive experience working within the real estate, wholesale distribution and consulting sectors.
A Chartered Professional Accountant since 2009; Shaun has a Bachelor of Accounting (First Class Honours) from Brock University.
Stephen Myers has been a member of the S+C Partners team since 1998 and an Associate Partner and Professional Standards Leader since 2016.
Stephen is responsible for a client base that includes not-for-profit organizations and businesses in the manufacturing, wholesale distribution, construction, real estate and professional services industries.
A Chartered Accountant since 2002; Stephen received a Bachelor of Commerce, Accounting Option from Ryerson University in 2000 and completed the In-Depth GAAP Course through CPA Canada in 2007. He also currently sits on CPA Ontario’s Practice Inspection Committee, having previously served as a practice inspector for six years.
