Our newest Client Service Partner: Simon Sham
Please join us in congratulating Simon Sham, CPA, CA on his promotion to Client Service Partner. Simon joined the S+C Partners team as an Associate Client Service Partner in July 2019 following several years employed as a Senior Tax Manager with both Deloitte and KPMG. A dedicated tax professional, Simon is truly committed to helping clients understand and solve complex tax issues. Simon has a BMath, Mathematics/Chartered Professional Accountancy and a Master of Accounting from the University of Waterloo. He received his CA designation in 2004 and completed the CPA Canada In-Depth Tax Course in 2006.
Our newest Associate Partners: Jay Yang and Satapon Wirojwong
Please join us in congratulating our two newest Associate Partners: Jay Yang, CPA, CA and Satapon Wirojwong, CPA, CA, TEP.
A valuable member of our audit and assurance team, Jay joined the firm as a Client Service Accountant in 2011 and was promoted to Client Service Manager in 2017 and Senior Client Service Manager in September 2021. A Chartered Professional Accountant since 2016; Jay has a Master of Accounting and a Bachelor of Mathematics from the University of Waterloo.
Satapon joined the firm as Director of Canadian Tax in July 2019 after several years with KPMG as a Senior Tax Manager. He also has considerable experience in mergers and acquisitions and recently earned his Trust and Estate Practitioner (TEP) designation. A Chartered Accountant since 2016, Satapon received a Master in Accounting and Taxation from the University of Waterloo in 2014 and completed the In-Depth Tax Course through CPA Canada in 2017.
